chraxellxluzarin provides restoration services rather than selling physical products. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service completion, satisfaction, and any applicable refunds.
Service Completion
Upon completion of restoration work, we will:
- Notify you that your item is ready for pickup or delivery
- Provide documentation of the work performed
- Allow you to inspect the restored item
- Address any concerns you may have about the restoration
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our restoration work. If you are not satisfied with the completed restoration, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments where possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- If restoration work cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues discovered during the process
- If we fail to meet agreed-upon specifications outlined in the service agreement
- If you cancel the service before work begins (deposit may be retained to cover assessment costs)
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a restoration service at any time:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus any assessment fees already incurred
- After work begins: Refund will be prorated based on work completed, minus materials costs
- Near completion: No refund available, but we will complete the work as agreed
Item Pickup
Restored items must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. After this period, storage fees may apply. Items unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.
Damage During Service
While we take every precaution, if an item is damaged during the restoration process due to our negligence, we will:
- Notify you immediately
- Discuss options for repair or compensation
- Work to resolve the situation fairly
